Rebecca partners with lawyers and law firms to strengthen client relationships, drive strategic growth and build practical business development infrastructure that supports long-term success.

Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in the legal industry, including in-house roles at firms ranging from mid-sized firms to the Am Law 50, Rebecca combines strategic insight with a highly practical, execution-oriented approach. She advises firm leadership, practice groups and attorneys on initiatives including business development strategy, practice group planning, coaching, cross-selling, client engagement and organizational alignment.

Rebecca is particularly known for helping firms move from ideas to implementation. Whether facilitating strategic planning discussions, conducting BD trainings, coaching attorneys on relationship development or advising on the evolution of Marketing & Business Development functions, she focuses on creating initiatives that are realistic, actionable and capable of gaining traction across the firm.

Rebecca is actively involved in the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and the Legal Sales and Service Organization (LSSO), where she stays closely connected to emerging trends and best practices across the legal industry.

In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys exploring her hometown of Richmond, Virginia. She loves embarking on adventures with family and friends, is an enthusiastic amateur artist and an ardent sports fan.
